We bring the heat to the point |
||||||
In 1992 we moved to our new larger production, storage and office buildings at Dietzenbach in order to be able to offer our customers an even faster and more flexible service. Short distances and lean work procedures make this possible. In addition, a branch located at Meißen provides for customer reach and market presence in the East German area. Our possibilities We have the know-how and the experience to advise you competently in the extremely complex area of electric heat, and to offer you customized individual solutions. Our possibilities range from the distribution of standardized and self-produced heating elements via specially manufactured solutions according to customer requirements to further cooperation with furnace builders and users. Our strength lies especially with the tricky tasks – exploring what is feasible. Where others due to their size and less customer-orientated attitude have long since passed, we solve your specific heating problem. Within the shortest possible time, you will receive a detailed quotation, an individually designed solution proposal, and the necessary support for implementing the same. Our service Our product range reaches from electric resistance and heating alloys, heating-elements and strip-elements, via heating elements made of silicon carbide and molybdenum disilicide up to complex, preconfigured and ready-to-assamble cage-elements or different types of heating candles. We always have in stock all standard alloys made from nickel-chromium, chromium-iron-aluminium, and copper-nickel in the form of round wire, flat wire, strip and rod material. We are well stocked and able to deliver within the shortest possible time. Our applications Our heating elements are preferably used in the area of the
industrial heat within a temperature range from approximately 300°C to 1800°C max.
The spectrum ranges last from the steel industry, the glass and ceramic industry, via the metal
processing industry to the laboratory furnaces in research and development departments. Thus, with an appropriate design, the performance
density can be maximally adapted to the technical requirements by means of the high
specific resistance of the metallic heating alloys. Silicon carbide is characterized
by high temperatures, a wide variety of fitting options, and easy installation. In contrast to standard components, Berghütten cage elements feature some characteristics protected by patent law, which make their use in continuous kilns, multi-purpose chamber kilns, or in furnaces, - in a variety of different atmospheres -, non-problematic and safe. For our heating elements, the application options and areas of use are almost without limit. Please contact us, and we will also solve your specific heating problem. ... brought to the point Achieving the optimum temperature - for a very specific heat treatment
problem - this requires optimal electric resistance heating elements. from today to tomorrow Our flexibility is our decisive advantage. We are fully customer-oriented
and endeavour to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Depending on the actual requirements,
we either use standard products from our supply range, or we develop and manufacture own components
according to the highest quality standards. |
